Access to Property

You grant us access to your property during agreed-upon working hours to complete the project. You are responsible for securing pets, removing valuable items from work areas, and ensuring safe access to the job site.

Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions. Delays may occur due to weather, permit delays, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or changes to the scope of work. We will communicate any delays and work to minimize their impact.

Warranty

We warranty our workmanship for one year from project completion. This warranty covers defects in our installation or construction but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or alterations made after project completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms.

Limitation of Liability
